Order Process
Every order begins with a design consultation and free digital mockup. Production starts only after your approval.
Minimum Order
Standard MOQ is 10 sets per design. Custom requirements or larger volumes may have adjusted pricing.
Production Timeline
Typical turnaround is 7–14 days after approval and payment. Rush production may be available depending on capacity.
Payment Terms
New orders require 50% deposit to start production. Remaining balance is due before shipment.
Quality Standards
Every product undergoes strict quality control before shipping. We use premium materials and consistent production processes.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide. Delivery timelines depend on location and shipping method. Responsibility transfers once the shipment is dispatched.
Cancellations & Changes
Orders can be modified before production begins. Once production starts, changes or cancellations may incur costs.
